Probably best not to try this variation on an old favourite. It was not a huge success. It wasn’t that bad but the unusual taste probably won’t catch on. Why did I use yoghurt rather than crème fraiche or even double cream? A simple reason: it was white, a similar consistency and the others couldn’t be bought locally, for some reason. The local shops in Hollingbury are not the best.
